We want you to hit the trails with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all gear purchased on our site. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit or performance of your Altra footwear, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn or trail-tested items in the original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
